Competitor figures reflect publicly published fees at the time of writing and vary by country, plan and payment volume. Sportify never takes a percentage of your members' payments; those flow in full to your own Stripe or Paystack account, which bears only the standard gateway processing fee.

Straight answers on how you're billed
What counts as an "active player"?
Anyone who is a club member or has a paid booking (including private training) in a given month. Withdrawn members stop counting the month after they leave, and no one is billed during your own free trial.
What if we only run private training?
Everyone who books counts as an active player, so providers who focus on private training simply pay per active participant that month, or the monthly minimum, whichever is higher. There is no separate transaction fee and no cut of your bookings.
Does Sportify take a cut of member payments?
No. Member payments flow 100% into your own Stripe or Paystack account. Sportify is never in the flow of funds. We invoice your organization directly for the platform fee, separately from the money your members pay you.
Who pays the payment processing fees?
Your own connected account bears the standard gateway processing fees, exactly as it would if you used Stripe or Paystack directly. Those are separate from Sportify’s per player platform fee.
How does the rate change as we grow?
Tiers are graduated, so each rate applies only to the players in that band. As you grow, more of your roster sits in the lower bands and your effective cost per player falls. Organizations over 500 players are priced individually.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing gives you two months free (you pay for ten) and waives the one time onboarding fee. Everything is billed as a single invoice to the organization.
